Before deciding to buy our villa in Menorca, we had looked at a wide variety of Spanish property for sale. In the end, we just loved the island and once we'd visited Binibeca and the surrounding area, which seemed ideal for two small children (ages 9 and 7) we knew this was where we wanted to buy.

Now, after 9 years we've decided to sell our beautiful traditional Spanish villa in the sun and we thought we'd put together a page or two, to supplement the efforts of our Menorca Estate Agents on the island. In time we hope to provide free listings for other villa owners looking to sell their Menorcan properties. (Spanish Estate Agents charge around 5% commission on a sale, so it's well worth the effort of trying to sell your own spanish property.)
